Xiaomi 14 Gets Android 15-based HyperOS 2 update in Europe

Xiaomi started rolling out Android 15 with a stable HyperOS 2 to international models. The upgrade first arrived for the global Xiaomi 14 users but was limited to Mi Pilot members for preview. It seems the beta phase has been completed successfully, as more regions are now getting the much-anticipated upgrade. Those in Europe have started seeing the new update, but it might take some time before it hits your device.

Xiaomi 14 Specs

Xiaomi 14 has been officially released on Nov. 1, 2023. The smartphone comes in a 6.36-inch size, and the display is LTPO OLED which provides a 1200 x 2670 pixels resolution. The phone is fueled by a non-removable Li-Po 4610 mAh battery + 90W wired, PD3.0, QC4, 100% in 31 min (advertised) + 50W wireless, 100% in 46 min (advertised) + 10W reverse wireless.

It runs on Android 14 + HyperOS operating system. The device is powered by the Qualcomm SM8650-AB Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Adreno 750. It is packed with 8 GB, 12 GB, 16 GB RAM and 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB internal storage.

The rear camera features a triple-camera: 50 MP (wide) + 50 MP (telephoto) + 50 MP (ultrawide) while on the front, there is a single camera: 32 MP (wide). Xiaomi 14 is equipped with sensors such as under display, optical fingerprint, accelerometer, proximity, gyro, compass, barometer, and color spectrum.
